SEO Payment Criteria

At Up Rankerz, we follow a clear and structured payment process to ensure transparency and smooth execution of your SEO campaign. Below are our payment terms and conditions:

1. Payment Structure

Since SEO is an ongoing process that requires consistent effort, our payment structure follows a monthly retainer model or a milestone-based structure, depending on your chosen package.

✅ Option 1: Monthly Retainer Model (Recommended for Long-Term SEO Success)

  • 50% upfront payment before we start the SEO campaign.
  • The remaining 50% is due at the end of each month as we deliver progress reports and results.
  • This ensures continuous optimization, link-building, and content improvements.

✅ Option 2: Milestone-Based Payments (For Project-Based SEO)

For one-time SEO services or short-term projects, payments are made in three phases:

🔹 Phase 1: Initial Setup & Audit (50%)

  • A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project.
  • This covers website SEO audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical fixes.

🔹 Phase 2: On-Page & Content Optimization (30%)

  • A 30% payment is required after completing on-page SEO improvements.
  • This includes meta tags, keyword optimization, content strategy, and site structure fixes.

🔹 Phase 3: Off-Page SEO & Reporting (20%)

  • The final 20% payment is made after implementing off-page SEO (link-building, citations, etc.).
  • You will receive a detailed SEO performance report before final payment.

2. Additional Costs (If Applicable)

  • Premium Tools & Subscriptions: If any third-party SEO tools, paid backlinks, or premium content are required, these will be charged separately.
  • Extra Revisions & Content Creation: Additional blog posts, landing pages, or copywriting outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
  • PPC or Paid Ads (if needed): SEO is organic, but if PPC campaigns are required, they will be charged separately.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via:

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • SEO payments are non-refundable as SEO is an ongoing process with time-bound deliverables.
  • If a client cancels mid-month, they will be billed for the current cycle.
  • For milestone-based SEO, a partial refund (if applicable) will be assessed based on completed work.

5. Late Payment Policy

  • Payments must be cleared within 7 days of the due date.
  • SEO work may be paused if payment is delayed beyond 7 days.
