Web Design Payment Criteria

At Up Rankerz, we ensure a smooth and transparent payment process to deliver high-quality websites tailored to your needs.
Our payment structure is as follows:

1. Payment Structure

Phase 1: Initial Design Concept – No Upfront Payment

  • We will create an initial design concept or first draft based on your logo, brand theme, and guidelines.
  • You will have the opportunity to review the design and see how your website will look.
  • If you are satisfied with the design, you will proceed with a 50% payment to move forward.

Phase 2: Website Development (50%)

  • After receiving the 50% payment, we will start the full development process, ensuring your website meets all your requirements.
  • This includes content integration, functionality implementation, mobile responsiveness, and optimization.
  • Once the website is completed and ready for launch, the remaining 50% balance must be paid.

Phase 3: Final Payment & Website Launch (50%)

  • After the final payment is made, we will deploy the website, conduct testing, and hand over all necessary access credentials.
  • The website will go live, and any post-launch support (if included in the package) will begin.

2. Additional Costs (If Applicable)

  • Extra Revisions: Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees for premium themes, plugins, or third-party services will be charged separately.
  • Ongoing Maintenance: Maintenance and support plans are available upon request.

3. Payment Methods

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If you decide not to proceed after the initial draft, there is no charge.
  • The 50% payment is non-refundable once development begins.
  • If the project is canceled mid-development, charges will be assessed based on completed work.

5. Late Payment Policy

  • The final payment must be made before the website is launched.
  • Delays in payment may result in a temporary hold on the project or additional fees.
